Support and Maintenance Packages
Keeping your website upto date is very important, search engines love new content. We offer a range of support packages although we can produce a bespoke package to meet your requirements.
All or our sites are driven from a Content Management System (CMS) and it is possible for you to update the content yourself, we supply training on the CMS package and then a reduced ongoing support package to help you out along the way. Again we can tailor a package for your budget and requirements.
Our packages include:
- Website Hosting. Your site will be hosted on one of our dedicated servers which we have control. You are not sharing a server with 100′s if not 1000′s other sites which may affect your sites performance.
- Email. We offer several options for email, POP3 or forwarding are included in the package. If you require hosted Exchange server then we are happy to discuss solutions and pricing.
- CMS. All of our sites are CMS based, this allows the content and the design to be separated. No need to migrate content if the site has a redesign in the future. The CMS is Open Source and supported by major hosting companies around the world, this allows it to be portable and scalable.
- Statistics. Graphs, Charts, Numbers, Numbers and more Numbers but what do they all mean. We provide a package that is accessible via the Internet and explain what it all means. You will be surprised to find out who is visiting, where they are from and what did they type into a search engine to find you.
- Updates each month. Keeping your site updated lets your customers know what services you are providing and is a major part of SEO. Search engines live on fresh content, its like air and water to them. All you have to do is send up the new content electronically and we do the rest. Each support package allows for a set amount of work each month, additional hours are changed at our standard rate. It is surprising how many updates you can do because the site is based on a CMS package.
- SEO updates each month. SEO is a moving target, one month you can be top of a search engine and then a competitor moves ahead. At Gemetan we review your position for your requested phrases and against the “Real World” search terms visitors are using to find your site, these can be very surprising. No one can guarantee first page within organic search results so dont pay for something that will not happen, we just reply on our results.
